Returns will not be accepted.

If item is damaged during shipping; customer is responsible to reach out to Easton Elle within 2 days of order being delivered. 

If approved; replacement will be shipped out in 5 - 10 business days. 

USA exchanges will only be accepted within 5 days of receiving order. 

Customer is responsible for shipping original item back to Easton Elle in pristine condition in original EE suede pouch.

International Exchanges will not be accepted.

Orders are packed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Order placed on shipping days are not guaranteed to go out same day. 

Some orders can take up to 5 business days to be shipped out.
